The First Adam (Adam)
The Second Adam (Jesus)

Find the verses in:

1.  Romans 8:
2.  1 Corinthians 15:
3.  Romans 5:
4.  John 3:

1.  "He has come from above and is greater than anyone else.  We are of the earth, and we speak of
earthly things, but he has come from heaven and is greater than anyone else."

2.  "Earthly people are like the earthly man, and heavenly people are like the heavenly man."

3.   "And the result of God's gracious gift is very different from the result of that one man's sin.  For Adam's sin led to condemnation, but God's free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins."

4.  "When Adam sinned, sin enter the world.  Adam's sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned."

5.  "So you see, just as death came into the world through a man, now the resurrection from the dead has begun though another man."

6.  "Yes, Adam's one sin brings condemnation for everyone, but Christ's one act of righteousness brings a right relationship with God and new life for everyone."

7.  "So just as sin ruled over people and brought them to death, now God's wonderful grace rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

8.  "So there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus."

9.  "God's law was given so that all people could see how sinful they were.  But as people sinned more and more, God's wonderful grace became more abundant."

10.  "And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death."

11.  "Just as we are now like the earthly man, we will someday be like the heavenly man."

12.  "But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ."
